Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Presence of smear or culture positive fungal or acanthamoeba ulcer OR 2) Presence of smear and culture negative ulcer 3) Visual Acuity worse than 20/40 4) Willingness to participate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Evidence of herpetic keratitis 2) Impending of frank corneal perforation 3) History of recent intraocular surgery 4) Fellow eye visual acuity 5) Inability to understand and participate with the study
