Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.All patients with ASA status I and II of either sex 2.Age between 20 to 60 years 3.Body mass index between 20-35kg/m2 4.Oropharyngeal anatomy of mallampati class I and II presenting for elective surgery under general anaesthesia needing endotracheal intubation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.refuse to participate 2.pregnant females 3.patient with difficult airway i.e cormack and Lehane grade of laryngeal view III and IV 4.morbid obesity 5.Allergy to the drug used in the study 6.pts with COPD bronchial asthma,Interstitial lung disease,and uncontrolled hypertension 7.patients with relative contraindications for use of nitrous oxide such as intestinal obstruction,middle ear surgeries, pneumothorax,air embolism 8.Patients undregoing cardiac surgery
