Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female patient of age between 20_65years . 2. Patients belonging to American Society of Anaesthesiology grade I and II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient refusal for erector spinae plane block and inability to give consent . 2. Patient with coagulation disorders. 3. Patient with local infection /disease and others . 4. History of anphylaxis to local anaestheyics and allergy to study drugs. 5. Obese patients with BMI more than 30kg/m2 6. Severe cardiovascular, respiratory , liver disease , metabolic , and nwurological disorders . 7. History of psychiatric illness ,substance abuse . 8. Patient with history of chronic drug or alcohol abuse or analgesic . 9. Pregnant patients.
