Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with chronic respiratory disorders of either documented diagnosis of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease or Interstitial Lung Disease prescribed on long term oxygen therapy for more than 6 months. 2. Patients who will be able to write in either English/Marathi/Hind

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with additional comorbidities of heart failure which would affect oxygen usage. 2)Patients with locomotor disability which would affect ambulation 3)Patients with cognitive or Language difficulties 4) Patients who have been recently hospitalized that is within last 3 months. 5) Patients not willing to participate in the study

1. Themes transcripted arising from semi structured interview 2. Activity and participation checklist: After critically reviewing the existing literature, a checklist was prepared using International Classification of Function (ICF) and modifying them. This checklist assessed whether the patients with LTOT were benefitted to perform various activities and participate in the society with oxygen therapy or it has hindered them. Timepoint: Once
