Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 18 years and above Individuals undergoing inpatient care at YMCH
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals who refuse to participate People who are severely mentally disturbed, which includes people who expresses suicidal intent would be dropped from the study (referral to psychiatrist support would be made) Persons who initially expresses willingness and later withdraws to participate in the study would be excluded from the study Individuals who are moved to intensive care unit would be excluded due to deterioration in their health condition. Discontinuation criteria: Participants refusal to continue with the study
