Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male patients of age 18-60 years ASA Grade-I & II Undergoing for breast liposuction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal ASA Grade-III & IV Thoracic ââ?¬â?? vertebral anomalies Any suspected or diagnosed cancer breast Unstable hemodynamic status Coagulopathy ââ?¬Â¢ Allergic to local anaesthetic agent

MeasureTime frame
vital parameters and need of supplementation of analgesia and anaesthesiaTimepoint: During the surgery

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
post-operative pain score (NRS) at end of surgery and time of requirement of first rescue analgesiaTimepoint: post-operative at end of surgery, then at the interval of 30 minutes, 1 hour, 2 hour, 4 hour, 8 hour and 12 hour will be also documented.
