Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Obese subjects with Body mass index 25 and less than 35 Kilogram per square meter ICMR 2009 Give written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with the inability to perform Yogic Asanas Subjects with vision disorders except for corrected refractive errors Subjects with non-familiarity with computers Patients with asthma uncontrolled diabetes and uncontrolled hypertension Patients with neurological/psychological disorders The presence of a history of a diagnosed with eating disorders Presence of food intolerance and/or allergy. The presence of a history of tobacco use, drug abuse, or the use of any medication within the past month Regular practice of yoga for the last 6 months Taking medication for weight loss last two 2 years Pregnant woman Bariatric surgery history

To assess the changes in the cognitive functions in obese subjects from baseline to 12-weeks by assessing the attentional bias to food stimuli using eye tracking paradigm in combination with visual probe task, working memory using n-back testTimepoint: day 0 baseline at 2 weeks and at 12 weeks

MeasureTime frame
To assess the changes in the cognitive functions from baseline to 12 weeks by assessing the rate of cognitive decline using mini-mental state examination scores and also by estimating the plasma brain derived neurotrophic factor levels in obese subjectsTimepoint: baseline, 2 weeks and 12 weeks
