Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Obese subjects with Body mass index 25 and less than 35 Kilogram per square meter ICMR 2009 Give written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects with the inability to perform Yogic Asanas Subjects with vision disorders except for corrected refractive errors Subjects with non-familiarity with computers Patients with asthma uncontrolled diabetes and uncontrolled hypertension Patients with neurological/psychological disorders The presence of a history of a diagnosed with eating disorders Presence of food intolerance and/or allergy. The presence of a history of tobacco use, drug abuse, or the use of any medication within the past month Regular practice of yoga for the last 6 months Taking medication for weight loss last two 2 years Pregnant woman Bariatric surgery history
