Inclusion criteria: ASA 1 and 2 patients Patients undergoing forearm and hand surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with neurological and neuromuscular disorder Brachial plexus injury SENSITIVE OR ALLERGIC TO STUDY MEDICATION Clotting disorder Local infection Pregnancy Patient refusal
