Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with differential diagnosis of ILD on CT scan. Patients who are considered fit by multidisciplinary team.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients whose likely diagnosis was malignancy at CT scan. Patients not giving consent and would not like to take part in the study.

To assess the benefits of uniportal thoracoscopic approach to obtain histopathological diagnosis in patients with ILD. To obtain definitive pathological diagnosis as well as to assess the proportion of patients who have their treatment changed and responses to this treatment as a result of VATS being performed will be assessedTimepoint: Immediate postoperative outcome.Postoperative histopathological diagnosis will be assessed
