Intervention1: uniportal VATS: Uniportal VATS will be done to obtain lung biopsy from patients with ILD.Patient will be managed accordingly based on HPE report. Intervention2: Not Applicable: Not appl

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with differential diagnosis of ILD on CT scan. Patients who are considered fit by multidisciplinary team.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients whose likely diagnosis was malignancy at CT scan. Patients not giving consent and would not like to take part in the study.
