Intervention1: Mashladook (Mash, sugar,ghrut): To be given daily in morning for 3 months one ladook with every 30 days follow up Control Intervention1: NIL: NIL

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -BMI - willing for muscle mass building

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patient with weight more than normal weight for age -h/O acute or chronic illness -previous h/O H.T., B. P. Diabetes, thyroidism, renal problems -previous h/O gall stones, renal stones, liver problems -patient taking any calcium supplement -patient having hormonal disturbances
