Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. For patient Patients admitted in inpatient department Age above 18 years Patient with both acute and chronic psychiatric illness 2 Family members Family members age above 18 years. Both gender. Family member who can understand both English and Assamese language. Family member who are staying with the patient for atleast 3 months. 3 For Nurses Nurses who are dealing with the patient for atleast 7 days.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 For patient Patient who are critically ill. Patient admitted in child adolescent psychiatry. 2 For family members Family member who are diagnosed with psychiatric illness. 3 For Nurses Nurses who are on leave or absent during the study period.
