Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Persons diagnosed with Adjustment disorder according to DSM-5 Persons who can comprehend and able to speak either of these languages Hindi or English Those who will give consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any major physical illness or physical disability, mental retardation, neurological disorder and substance dependence except nicotine and caffeine people who are already receiving the psychosocial intervention People with suicidal ideation
