Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Women >18years of age 2)Stage II of pelvic organ prolapse graduated by a gynecologist will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with detrusor over activity 2) Reduced cistometric capacity and/or bladder compliance. 3) Previous surgical treatment for stress urinary incontinence 4) cystocele or rectocele 5) Uterine prolapse of grade more than 3 6) Current or recurrent vulvovaginitis 7) Current or recurrent urinary tract infections 8) Pregnancy 9) Pace Maker 10) Pelvic cancer 11) Psychiatrist disorder.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Prolapse symptom severity and QOL measured via Pelvic organ prolapse symptom score questionnaire (POP-SS)Timepoint: Outcome measures will be taken on the first day before treatment and 12th week after completion of treatment.

Secondary
