Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All patients diagnosed as VKC .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.VKC Patients with History of contact lens wear 2. Ocular disorders such as glaucoma , infective keratitis , corneal degeneration or dystrophy 3.Previous history of ocular trauma and surgery 4. known case of systemic connective tissue disorders. 5.Patients not willing to participate and who are uncooperative for topography .
