Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: PATIENT HAVING SYMPTOMS OF PUS, BLOOD, WATERY DISCHARGE FROM PERIANAL AND ANAL REGION FISTULA TRACT UPTO 3rd GRADE AS PER St.JAMES UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL CLASSIFICATION PATIENT ALREADY PRESENTING WITH MRI FISTULOGRAM OR WILLING TO GET THE SAME FROM THE RECOGNIZED LABORATORY.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: HIGH ANAL FISTULA AND COMPLICATED FISTULA HEPATITIS B&C ANY OTHER COMMUNICABLE DISEASE FISTULA WITH HAEMORRHOID UNCONTROLLED DM
