Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Irrespective of gender, religion and occupation 2. The study group fulfilling all the following criteria i. People consuming dadhi in frequency of 3 days or more per week ii. People consuming dadhi with duration of last 5 years or more 111. People consuming dadhi in quantity 200 gms or more per serving iv. People using dadhi at least one of these, using at night, using warm temperature, use without mudga yusha, lavana, sharkara, amalaki and madhu. 4.The control group fulfilling all the following criteria i. People consuming dadhi in frequency of less than 3 days per week ii. People consuming dadhi with duration of less than 5 years iii. People consuming dadhi in quantity less than 200 gms per serving iv. People consuming dadhi only in day time, not using warm temperature, use with mudga yusha, lavana, sharkara, amalaki or madhu.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Person suffering from any acute or life threatening disease or condition
