Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 60 -90 2.Both males and females 3.Berg balance scale range 26-52

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Uncooperative patients 2.MMSE less than 21 3.Any Recent Injury or surgery 4.Cardiorespiratory Complications in past 3 months 5.Musculoskeletal Complications 6.Hearing loss
