Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy obstetric patients with no comorbidities posted for planned caesarean sections
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: parturients with significant systemic disorders Bleeding diathesis Emergency class 1 caesarean section Hypertensive disorders of pregnancy Fetal conditions precluding spinal anaesthesia Anticipated difficult spinal anaesthesia (spinal deformities, obesity, previous spine surgery etc)
