Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Men with low motility, morphology and sperm count ie) oligoasthenoteratozoospermia who are attending the OPD in the first setting for the treatment .(Low sperm count 2 Men with TSH and HBA1c normal levels (normal TSH 0.25-5uIU/ml, HBA1c- 4-6 % ) 3 Men with Normo Gonadotropic LH and FSH normal levels (normal LH level 1.1- 7.0 mIu/ml, FSH level 1.7-12.0 mIu/ml)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Men with azospermia aspermia 2 Men with grade III or more varicocele 3 Men with history of testicular malignancy 4 Men who are using drugs including anti hypertensives, anti psychotics, anti depressants, anti epileptics and anti coagulants.
