Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group 55-77 years Both males and females Can walk without assistance Have no physical problems Do not have insulin dependent diabetes and hypertension Certificate of medical fitness Free from significant cardiovascular, pulmonary, uncontrolled metabolic disease, anemia and electrolyte abnormality.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe heart disease Microcrystal disorders Kidney disease Confined to wheel chair Foot ulcers Neurological deficits Psychosis Free of orthopedic problems Restricted by doctors Not able to understand and read English language
