Inclusion criteria: Patientâ??s age > 18 years and ASA GRADE- I , II Undergoing pyeloplasty . surgery Patients with good mental function who could understand and rate their pain on Visual Analog Scale (VAS; scale of 0â??10),

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Obesity, neuromuscular disorder Hepatic and renal failure patient Chronic pain, bleeding disorder Respiratory and cardiac patients Allergic to ropivacaine and morphine Patients with failed spinal anaesthesia and converted to general anesthesia H/O opioid drug abuse
