Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Undergoing Elective surgeries under General anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Parents not giving consent,ASA status more than 2, presence of raised ict, coagulopathy,high risk of pulmonary aspiration of gastric contents ,presence of head and neck pathology
