Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Faculty/Resident doctors/Practitioners who have either completed MD/DNB (Internal Medicine) or MS/DNB (Orthopaedics) or DM/DNB (i.e. fellowship program) (Rheumatology) or currently pursuing these courses

Exclusion criteria: Unwilling to participate

MeasureTime frame
1. Effectiveness of a short training course in improving such knowledge gaps of the PCPs. 2. We would be able to assess the retention of the information among the PCPs that was provided 3 months back to know the long-term effectiveness of such courses. 3. Information on the impact of technology enabled remote learning (an online reinforcement course) in improving the retention of the information for the knowledge gaps Timepoint: Baseline and 3 months

1. Systematic information would be generated on the knowledge gaps about RA in various domains from almost 2000 PCPs who are the first point of contact in community 2. We would better understand the determinants and correlates of the existing knowledge bank/gaps of the PCPs.Timepoint: Baseline
