Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA I-II 2. Patients undergoing elective craniotomy for supratentorial tumour

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with cerebrovascular disease (h/o stroke, carotid stenosis, aneurysm) 2.Patients with severe cardiovascular diseases (such as heart block, heart failure, left ventricular dysfunction) 3.Patients with Significant pulmonary, renal, hepatic or neuromuscular disease 4.Defined allergy to any of study drugs 5.Previous history of radiotherapy

MeasureTime frame
1.Cerebral oxygen saturation (NIRS)of both the affected and non-affected side 2.mean flow velocity of the middle cerebral artery of both the affected and non-affected side and its derivatives pulsality index and resistive index. Timepoint: 1.Baseline(immediately after arrival to operation theatre, T0) 2.Immediately after induction of anaesthesia(1 min) (T1) 3.Thereafter at 3, 5, 10 and 30 minutes post induction (T2, T3, T4 and T5)
