Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Patients between the age group of 7-12 years. • Repaired complete unilateral cleft lip and palate. • Fully erupted maxillary first molars • Goslon yardstick index 2 and 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Any patient with associated syndromes. • Unrepaired unilateral cleft lip and palate. • Patients with incomplete clefts. • Goslon yardstick index 4 and 5
