Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • All elective coronary artery bypass grafting. • Patients with left ventricular ejection fraction >35. • Graft to left anterior descending artery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patients with left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) • Patients requiring preoperative inotropic support. • Patients on intra-aortic balloon counter pulsation. • Emergency coronary artery bypass grafting . • Patients not willing to participate in study.
