Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For typically growing children Age range of 6-12 yrs. All gender. For Down syndrome children Individuals with Down syndrome who can understand simple commands and who are already categorized to mild or moderate mental retardation in special schools. Down syndrome child who can stand and walk independently. Age range for recruitment is 6-18 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: For typically growing children Children with known case of congenital heart disease, musculoskeletal or neurological disorders. Children with history of surgeries of the spine or orthopedic. Children with uncorrected visual acuity. For Down syndrome children History of congenital heart disease / heart surgery or orthopaedics surgery in the past year. Visual and hearing impairments.
