Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Only patients indicated for orthodontic extraction of maxillary premolars -Only patients giving consent for participation in the study -Only patients with no significant medical history -Only patients with no allergy to the components of local anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patients not giving consent for the study. -Pediatric patients below 13 years of age . -Patients with significant medical history . -Patients allergic to local anesthetics.
