Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adult live donor liver transplant recipients shall be assessed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients refusing to consent for the study. Patients less than 18 years of age. ALF patients

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To study the difference in body composition before and after liver transplantation.Timepoint: 3 weeks, 3 motnhs and 6 months post operatively

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To study changes in fat percentage in body after liver transplantation.Timepoint: 3 weeks, 3 motnhs and 6 months post operatively;To study changes in muscle mass after liver transplantationTimepoint: 3 weeks, 3 motnhs and 6 months post operatively;To study difference in bone mineral density before and after liver transplant and find the incidence and risk factors for osteoporosis after Liver transplantation.Timepoint: at 3 months and 6 months post operatively.
