Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Post graduate residents of Anaesthesiology (1st ,2nd and 3rd year) of different medical institutes of India. 2. Senior Residents (1st ,2nd and 3rd year) of Anaesthesiology of different medical institutes of India.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The participation is purely voluntary basis, any student unwilling to participate in the study will be excluded. 2. Questionnaires which are returned incomplete will be excluded from the study.
