Interventions

Intervention1: Abdominal effleurage: Intervention will be given in three phases. Phase 1 Abdominal circle It consist of short circular strokes all over the umbilicus, which improves blood circulation.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Primigravida women with 20 - 35 years 2. Primigravida women with cervical dilatation 4cm 3. Women whose gestation age of 36â?? 40 weeks with adequate pelvis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Primigravida women with High Risk Pregnancy 2. Multigravida women.
