Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients typical clinical history, 2. ECG showing STEMI, 3. Biomarker of myonecrosis, 4. Echo-Doppler study showing RWMA 5. CAG showing stenosis of varying severities. 6. ECG and TMT evidence IHD

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from septicemia, renal insufficiency and diabetes mellitus 2. Aortic valve replacement or defect on the septum. 3. Primary or secondary acquired/congenital other structural heart diseases 4. Ejection fraction less than 35. 5. Hypertension (SBP 100-stage three category). 6. Heart rate greater than 100 beats per minute (tachycardia).
