Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Tracheal Intubation - yes/noTimepoint: At the time when the endotracheal tube(ETT) is inserted by the resident anesthesiologist

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
- Time to confirm successful placement of ETT into the trachea, - Assess the ability of the airway ultrasound to identify the position of saline-filled ETT cuff (upper and lower borders of cuff) in the trachea. - To correlate the correct position of ETT tip position using airway ultrasound and the fibreoptic bronchoscopyTimepoint: starting time - At the time when the endotracheal tube(ETT) is inserted by the resident. end point - appearance of the capnography curve or anechoc shadow with hyperechoic lines with ultrasoud
