Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: subjects Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus more than 4 years subjects having BMI between 22 to 25 kg/m2 subjects Fasting blood glucose level equal to or greater than 126 mg/dl Subjects HbAâ??â?½ value greater than 6.6 % Subjects On oral hypogylcaemic drugs

Exclusion criteria: History of limb surgery or fracture in last 2 months Diabetic neuropathy Hepatic diseases Skin diseases Open wound Regular physical activity twice a week or more

Hand Held Glucometer HbA1c Value Diabetic Quality of Life Scale (DQOL)Timepoint: All out come measures will be assessed at baseline (day 1) and after 12 week intervention (day 12). Random Blood Glucose level will be taken at week 1, 4, 8 and 12.
