Intervention1: Surgical Technique I â??: Patients will undergo laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy with Vasopressin infiltration and complete stripping of endometriotic cyst.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group of 18-40 years. 2. Symptomatic unilateral or bilateral Endometriomas. 3. Mean diameter of endometrioma > 4cm. 4. Willingness to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous surgery for endometrioma. Poor ovarian reserve in preoperative evaluation ( Serum AMH 2. Any contraindication for laparoscopic surgery
