Intervention1: Sankara sweda for 7 days followed by virechana Karma with virechana yoga followed by Vaishwanara churna as shamana aushadha for 14 days: In group A patient will undergo first sankar swe

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients of either sex with age between 18 and 60 years. (2) Willing and able to participate in the study. (3) Patient having signs & symptoms of Amavata w.s.r Rheumatoid arthritis with fulfilling Diagnostic criteria. (4) Chronicity: less than 10 years. (5) Patients with post-chikungunya Rheumatoid arthritis will be included if fulfilling ACR diagnostic criteria. (6) Patient fit and willing for Virechana Karma and Basti Karma in respective group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients having severe systemic diseases like cardiac disorders and Cancer. (2) Patients below 18 years and above 60 years. (3) Pregnant/lactating women. (4) Chronicity: more than 10 years. (5) Patient not fit for Virechana Karma or Basti Karma in respective group. (6) Patients having Gouty arthritis.
