Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals diagnosed with OCD (ICD -10) with Y-BOCS score more than 8 2. Individuals who can read and understand English or Assamese 3. Age group 18 - 60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with intellectual disability 2. Those with psychotic illness 3. Those with chronic medical illness
