Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Incomplete tetraplegic Spinal Cord Injury patients were included. Bye et al. (2017) had demonstrated that tetraplegic spinal cord injury patients had problems with poor muscle strength of both upper and lower limb. 2. Patients having American Spinal Injury Association (ASIA) Impairment Scale AIS B, C or D lesion (Glinsky et al., 2008). 3. The Patients with intact cognitive and who had shown willingness to participate in function were included. Bye et al. (2016) stated that in case of tetraplegic patients with SCI, cognition level might be intact at time of data collection as cognitive ability helps to identify the insight information from the participants. 4. Patients had a grade 3 or 4 strength in the target muscle group on both sides of the body (Bye et al., 2017).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were diagnosed with a deteriorating medical condition (Glinsky et al., 2008). 2. Patients having American Spinal Injury Association (ASIA) Impairment Scale an AIS A and E lesion (Glinksky et al., 2008). 3. If patients were not willing to participate in the trial and psychologically unstable (Bye et al., 2017).
