Intervention1: spinal thrust manipulation
group: The manipulation begins at the most proximal part of the area i.e T10 to L1. Subjects will be made to lie in prone positon with the arms at the side.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Thier cycles were regelar - subjects willing to participate - subjects who scored VAS >5 - lower abdominal or pelvic pain associated with onset of menstruation lasting for 8-72 hours
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of any chronic pelvic pathology. 2. History of any systemic conditions. 3. Women with menstrual cycle exceeding 34 days. 4. Presence of any intra-uterine device and oral contraceptives. 5. History of regular exercises 6. Any deformities of the spine. 7. Pregnant women are excluded. 8. Bone weakness eg tumours, Metabolic Bone Disease. 9. Any Neurological and Psychological condition
