Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patient 60 years of age and above 2 American Society of Anesthesiologistâ??s grade I and II 3 Any lower limb surgery that can be done under sub arachnoid block 4 Patient who gives written consent 5 Surgeries with duration equal to and less than 3 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Any contraindication to spinal anesthesia 2 Patients requiring intraoperatively any general anesthesia aid 3 Deaf patients 4 Mentally retarded patient/Dementia 5 Patients with psychiatric disorder
