Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Irrespective of Age, sex, religion and economic status 2) Pain at lateral Elbow region (right and left side) 3) Restricted joint movement of elbow

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient having acute and chronic systemic diseases 2) Epicondylitis 3) Triceps Tendinitis 4) Posterior Impingment syndrome 5) Osteo chondrosis, Nursemaid elbow, Lecranon bursitis
