Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with head and neck cancer and referred to physiotherapy for speech or swallowing difficulty Patients willing to participate in the study All genders of age 20-75 years Patients who underwent surgery and radiotherapy or combined chemoradiotherapy Patients who have no history of psychiatric illness Patients who have intact cognitive functioning

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inability to participate in function tests With unilateral and bilateral hearing impairments
