Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: COVID-19 adult patients (>= 18 years old) with an estimated Pao2/Fio2 of less than 300 or those with failure to maintain SpO2 of >=90% with conventional oxygen delivery devices, who received HFNC for respiratory support between April 2020 to September 2020.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patients younger than 18 years of age, those with hypercapneic respiratory failure (pH 45 mmHg),
