Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Probing Pocket Depth (PPD) 4- 6mm. Patients who have not received periodontal therapy, within preceding six months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who received treatment with antibiotics/antiâ??inflammatory drugs in last 3 months Pregnant and lactating females Medically compromised patients Recently extracted neighbouring sites, Teeth with endo-perio lesions, restorations and other plaque retentive factors Smokers, tobacco chewers and alcoholics Drug allergy Severe form of periodontitis with deep pockets
