Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients above 18 and below 50 years of age. Male/ Female patients who are systemically healthy. Isolated bilateral periodontal disease/ Mucogingival deformities requiring periodontal surgery Patients who maintain fair or poor oral hygiene.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating women. Alcoholics and smokers. Patients allergic to components of local anesthetic solution. Patients using analgesics or medication acting on Central nervous system.
