Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Clinically, radiologically and biopsy proven cases of oropharyngeal cancer, 2.Planned for radical radiotherapy, 3.Patients giving written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient not giving consent, 2. 70 years, 3.Decreased mouth opening (Trismus), 4.Having undergone a total laryngectomy, 5.History of radiotherapy in Head and Neck area

MeasureTime frame
Change in swallowing using Fibre-optic endoscopic evaluation of swallowing (FEES) and M.D. Anderson Dysphagia Inventory (MDADI) score. Changes in voice using Voice Handicap Index-10 (VHI-10) score. Timepoint: 0, 3 months
