Intervention1: Gokshuradi Churna: Minimum 40 no of patients with sign and symptoms of Klaibya will be given Gokshuradi Churna 5g twice daily for 30 days Control Intervention1: Nil: Nil

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult male patients suffering from Klaibya or Impotence. Male patients suffering from infertility due to impotence

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Female patients. Patients suffering with diseases other than Klaibya. Patients having mechanical cause of Klaibya like antisperm antibodies condition, obstruction or surgical process. Other chronic diseases like STDs
