Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patient having moderate to massive pleural effusion. 2) Those who give inform consent for study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient shifted to institute ICU. 2) Consent not given by patient or legal attendant
