Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient diagnosed with histologically confirmed breast Carcinoma 2.Patients willing to participate in the study and willing to fill study related questionnaires

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients receiving any conventional therapy for treatment of Anxiety or depression 2 Patients with cognitive dysfunction 3 Patients with brain metastasis 4.Patients taking analgesics

MeasureTime frame
Correlation between treatment outcome-quality of life and satva will be assessedTimepoint: Pre and Post therapy at monthly interval Satwa score and Fact G score will be assesed by using measuring tools

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To assess anxiety and depressionTimepoint: Pre and post Rasayana therapy at monthly interval Anxity and depression levels will be assessed by using HADS scale
