Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: full term pregnancy(38 to 42 weeks) ASA grade2 primi gravida age cervical dialation 3-5 cm uncomplicated pregnancy in vertex presentation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Gestational Diabetes preterm labour breech presentation bad obstetric history PIH postmaturity of foetus APGAR previous LSCS

APGAR - At 1min and 5 min after the delivery. Side effects- pruritus, nausea, vomiting, weakness in the limbs, hypersensitivity reaction. Patient satisfaction - After the delivery.
